Returns & Exchanges

At VICI Collection, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please allow 5-7 business days for our warehouse team to receive and inspect your return.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once approved, your refund will be issued as a VICI digital gift card sent directly to your inbox for use on your next fashion find.
